Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about the artwork, you are welcome to request a return and send it back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving it for either an exchange of an item of minimum equal value or more, or you can opt for a full refund. Please be advised that a handling fee of 30% will apply if you choose to opt for a refund. As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees for any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by us.

To start a return request, please first contact us. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The artwork will need to be packaged in the same packaging and in the same way it was sent to you. If the artwork arrives back to us and not packaged correctly and/or any damage has been identified due to inadequate protective packing, a refund may be declined and the customer will need to arrange shipping for ‘return to collector’.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged. For peace of mind, photos will be emailed to you after we have packed the artwork so that you can see it’s condition prior to it being shipped. We will require photos to be sent to us of the damage for assessment.

To process a return for damaged items, please ensure we give you full instructions and return shipping label.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the customer. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For instance, placing a fingerprint on a white border, ripping the paper, water damage, sharp objects piercing or causing damage to the artwork, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/ when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty items had been dispatched. Every artwork is carefully inspected before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
